Hi! I’m Bryan Tai, founder of TAITAIPASTA.
Back in 2022, I was just a hungry guy with a home kitchen, a head full of ideas, and a craving for pasta that actually hits. (of course, i cooked in hotels before)
I didn’t train in Italy. I didn’t grow up with a secret family recipe.
But I do believe this: when you use good ingredients, trust your taste buds, and cook with love—people can tell.
As the great Massimo Bottura once said:
"Never trust a skinny Italian chef."
I say: trust the one who’s obsessed with sauce ratios and has eaten more pasta than he’d like to admit.
